The work we do is varied and we often need to dial up our capacity at short notice. This means that we don’t always have a 3 to 6 month recruitment window. To help us with this, we always have the door open to new talent. We do this a bit differently, by interviewing without the certainty of a permanent role so that when demand for the role arises, we can be quicker to appoint the right person.

We value the mentoring we offer at Capacity. We think it’s unique because our relationships last a long time but we also have an experienced team that have been ‘through-it’ themselves.
