that WAS A BUSY YEAR, WASN’T IT?

Let us start by saying last year was a busy one. We’ve been working hard at work bringing big-picture thinking, imagination and graft to help public and third sector leaders do things differently.

Throughout last year, we ran and completed a whopping 55 projects, working alongside 31 incredible public and third sector clients. We spent thousands of hours supporting our partners to design effective services, listening to real people to inform local decision-making and launching our ventures. We also invested time in understanding how we can harness our unique position to bring together people and organisations from across the Liverpool City Region and Cheshire to create the conditions for the fundamental changes our public services need.

You may notice we’ve included a lot about what we learned last year. That’s because we’re a learning organisation and try our best to make sure that no learning is lost. We embed learning across everything we do and regularly create open and honest opportunities to reflect on our successes and challenges. Capacity Wrapped is as much a learning report as it is an impact report – we wanted to share what went well, what could have been better and how we’re embedding this into practice at Capacity.
