Capacity ranks 562 in The FT 1000:
Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies

Sarah Morris, Capacity’s Finance Director reflects:

Sarah Morris

Director of Finance

I am thrilled to announce that Capacity has been named on the Financial Times’ FT 1000 list for 2023, ranking among the fastest-growing companies in Europe. This is an incredible achievement that we are extremely proud of, and it is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.

At Capacity, we have always been focused on making sure that public services work for everyone. I’ve been fortunate to have worked with Capacity for a long time and see our growth first-hand. Our success on the FT 1000 list is not just a reflection of our growth, but it is also an example of the trust that our partners have placed in us. We believe that our success is directly tied to the success of our clients, the projects we deliver, and the change we help make

As we continue to grow, we remain committed to investing in our team, so that we can support brilliant people to make a real difference across the region. We know we couldn’t have got here without the dedication of every member of our team, and we are proud to have such a talented and passionate group of individuals that help shape Capacity.

So, what do the next 5 years look like for us? It’s no secret that the economy is struggling and we feel that, as do most (if not all) businesses. But our vision and purpose remain the same, we will adapt and overcome and I have no doubt we will continue to grow. For me, the most important thing is not necessarily income growth over the next 5 years, it is to continue doing great things with brilliant people who make change happen! If this comes with growth, then that’s just a bonus.

I also just want to say thank you to our clients for their trust and support over the past years. We are excited about what the future holds for Capacity, and we are confident that we will continue to grow and thrive as we work together to make public services people services.
