Amazon Voucher Prize Draw

To be in with a chance to win a £50 Amazon voucher, all entrants have to do is complete the services survey.

The competition will run from the 21st of February to 23:59 on the 19th of March 2023 when a winner will be picked from the entrants. All entries must be received by 23:59 on the final day of the promotion.

By entering into the promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. 

This promotion is open to all parents/carers currently living in Wirral, who are over the age of 18, except for employees of Capacity: The Public Services Lab, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion. 

There will be a maximum of 1 winner. The prize will be a £50 Amazon voucher and cannot be exchanged for any other prize. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Capacity: The Public Services Lab hold the right to change any products if out of stock. 

The details provided will not be used for marketing purposes. The winner’s details will only be used for contact. 

Should a winner not claim their prize, Capacity: The Public Services Lab reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner or withdraw the prize. 

Capacity: The Public Services Lab accepts no liability for any loss of entries caused by a technical fault. 

Capacity: The Public Services Lab will select the winner at random and the decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
