Capacity welcomes new Board members

We’re excited to share that we’ve recently appointed Ann Rimmer and Paul Fleming to our Board.
Ann is a marketing and brand communications professional, who has been at the helm of her own businesses since 1999. Currently heading up Propelled, a brand consultancy working with businesses across the Northwest and UK.
Ann is also a trustee at Bolton Lads & Girls Club, a highly respected UK charity supporting the personal development of children and young people aged 8 to 18. She is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people and developing their skills, creativity and opportunities through education and training.
Ann said “Capacity is a transformational organisation. I am excited to be on the Board, helping shape and support their ambitious plans to make public services people services. Chris and the team at Capacity, alongside public and private sector organisations are proving there is a way to codesign greater impacts for people and communities. I look forward to contributing my expertise and passion for positive change.
Paul Fleming has over 25 years of cross-sector experience in the field of technology, digital, change and programmes. He is currently Chief Strategist and Advisory Team Lead for Public Sector for Softcat plc – a leading international provider of IT infrastructure and services.
An experienced leader of large, agile and high-impact teams, Paul has worked in leadership positions in NHS and local government throughout his career. Paul is an alumnus of Yale University’s Global Health Leadership Programme.
Paul said “I’m really excited to be working with Capacity in such a critical area, improving public services and outcomes for people. I’ll be focused on supporting us to innovate to solve the challenges our partners and stakeholders face.”
The two new Board members bring experience in strategic marketing, digital technology and change management to Capacity.

It’s a really exciting time for the organisation and the Leadership Team is looking forward to drawing on their vast expertise and enthusiasm. Ann and Paul’s experience in both public and private sectors will help shape and strengthen the Board’s collective oversight and support of our future strategy.”
