Capacity Wrapped 2024

Well that was a busy year.

Last year we spent over 12,000 hours supporting 31 incredible organisations from across the Liverpool City Region (and beyond) to make public services people services. We spent time supporting the third sector to make breakthroughs, building a movement of like-minded individuals and organisations, growing our ventures and listening to real people. We researched, engaged, drafted, designed and got stuck into the doing with our partners, supporting them to make a real change to communities, organisations, the Liverpool City Region and the North West.

Capacity Wrapped: 2024 in Review tells that story.

We got stuff done

Like we said, last year was a busy one!

We were extremely privileged to work with dozens of incredible organisations who deliver some really important work. We worked alongside some outstanding leaders and doers who are dedicated to making a positive difference to the lives of local people, putting their voices at the heart of public service design.

We’d like to take the change to say a big thanks to everyone we had the opportunity to collaborate with for their partnership and dedication to making public services people services.

Here’s a snapshot of how we spent the year.

We’re always learning

We learned a lot last year.

We’re a learning organisation and try our best to make sure that no learning is lost. We embed learning across everything we do and regularly create open and honest opportunities to reflect on our successes and challenges. Capacity Wrapped is as much a learning report as it is an impact report – we wanted to share what went well, what could have been better and how we’re embedding this into practice at Capacity.
