In July 2026, Capacity hosted its latest Fundamentally Different event – a space for leaders and doers to think differently about public services in the Liverpool City Region.
This time we teamed up with The Office for Public Service Innovation (OPSI) and Cabinet Office Test, Learn, Grow Programme to go behind the scenes on four live OPSI Lab prototypes running across the city region and Test Learn Grow projects in Liverpool and across the country.
The event wasn’t a retrospective. It was about working in the open, sharing work happening now, presented by the people doing it.
