Paul joined the team in late 2020 to support Capacity’s expanding portfolio in the Children and Families sector, including the development of Juno, our subsidiary CIC which is launching its first Children’s Home in 2022/23.    

Paul’s passion for producing lasting, positive change for vulnerable children and families has seen him in various positions within Local Authorities, focussing on policy, project management and commissioning. From his role as Commissioning Manager for Children’s Social Care and Early Help at Knowsley Council to spending nearly a decade at St Helens Council, where he led the Troubled Families Programme and managed various Safer Communities projects.  

Outside work, Paul is a devoted season ticket holder at Liverpool Football Club and spends his weekends exploring South Liverpool’s parks with his wife and young children.
