Lauren joined Capacity in September 2021 as Marketing and Communications Manager. Lauren looks after the core internal and external activity of Capacity as well as many of our exciting external projects.   

Prior to joining Capacity, Lauren worked for local SME funding provider MSIF where she modelled a very similar role, looking after both MSIF’s marketing, its subsidiaries and portfolio support for existing clients. Outside of her regional experience, she has held various marketing roles across multiple industries including a year spent working in (not so sunny) Melbourne, Australia.  

In her spare time, Lauren loves live music, watching anything Marvel related and enjoying an icy cold margarita (the drink, not pizza!)
