Sophie joined Capacity in January 2024, after having worked in the third sector for a number of years in research and strategic roles. 

Sophie lives in Liverpool with her partner and her pet bearded dragon. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time reading a good book, travelling or spending time with friends.
