Juno Director of Care
Jaci has now joined our team as Director of Care. She brings with her over 44 years of experience in the social care sector. She is a registered social worker, a qualified psychotherapist and a qualified clinical supervisor. Her experience includes chairing Liverpool Domestic Abuse Forum, working with survivors of historical abuse that took place in residential homes, providing pre-trail therapy for child and adult witnesses and setting up a residential therapeutic home for adolescents.
Her pre-trial work won her a Commendation from Merseyside Police and the residential home that she developed by recruiting phenomenal, loving staff was deemed Outstanding by Ofsted. Jaci’s priorities in the new post include recruiting a diverse, compassionate and brilliant staff team and setting a new standard of residential care that will lead the sector.
Outside of work, Jaci looks after her little grandchildren, tends her allotment and is a Humanist Celebrant.
