Jaci Quennell
Juno Director of Care
Jaci has now joined our team as Director of Care. She brings with her over 44 years of experience in the social care sector. She is a registered social worker, a qualified psychotherapist and a qualified clinical supervisor. Her experience includes chairing Liverpool Domestic Abuse Forum, working with survivors of historical abuse that took place in residential homes, providing pre-trail therapy for child and adult witnesses and setting up a residential therapeutic home for adolescents.
Her pre-trial work won her a Commendation from Merseyside Police and the residential home that she developed by recruiting phenomenal, loving staff was deemed Outstanding by Ofsted. Jaci’s priorities in the new post include recruiting a diverse, compassionate and brilliant staff team and setting a new standard of residential care that will lead the sector.
Outside of work, Jaci looks after her little grandchildren, tends her allotment and is a Humanist Celebrant.
