Aroa joined Capacity in 2022 as Impact Manager, leading Capacity’s internal impact strategy, defining impact outcomes that cut across all of Capacity’s projects to measure our performance.

Aroa brings 10 years of experience in the social innovation space, where her work has mostly focused on supporting social entrepreneurs scale their solutions. She works part-time at Capacity while managing Trace Planet and Trace Collective, two organisations working to accelerate the transition to regenerative agricultural systems across Europe. Prior to co-founding the Trace group, Aroa worked for 6 years at Ashoka, the world’s largest network of social entrepreneurs, where she managed global partnerships with corporate partners. 

Aroa loves climbing and surfing, and generally any sports that bring her closer to nature. When not at work, she can often be found outdoors with her family, far away from my phone and laptop and close to good people and good books.
