Alison joined the team in 2018 after 13 years as Chief Executive of Caia Park Partnership Limited in Wrexham, North Wales. Alison led the growth and development of CPP transforming it from a grant dependent charity to a sustainable social enterprise. Alison has long experience of working in the third sector in the north west of England and north Wales and is committed to championing and supporting the vital role the sector plays.

As well as being Operations Director Alison is also Capacity’s Company secretary and she provides advice on governance, organisational development and management systems to Capacity and the organisations we work with.

Outside of Capacity Alison enjoys walking, gardening and gaming on her PS4.
