Capacity is kicking off an exciting new chapter with two fresh appointments.
Gian Durán joins as Head of Public Sector Innovation. With a career spanning senior roles at The Open University, FutureGov (TPXimpact) and Chile’s national innovation lab, Gian brings expertise in service design, agile delivery and leading big, ambitious change in public services.
Over the past 18 years, he’s been helping governments, universities, and international organisations rethink how they work and he’s now bringing that energy to Capacity.
At the same time, 3ni (the national network for neighbourhood improvement), a joint venture between Capacity and Local Trust, has appointed Tom Gilbert as Researcher and Data Analyst. Tom is joining from Ipsos UK and brings over five years’ experience in market research, corporate intelligence and strategy consultancy to the new role.

Gian will begin his new role on 1 September.

Tom will begin his new role on 26 August.
