Capacity Wrapped 2025 is our annual look back at the work we’ve been doing across the Liverpool City Region to make public services people services.
It’s not our typical ‘impact report’. Instead, it’s a reflection on the work happening across the region (and beyond), and a recognition that Capacity is just one part of a wider ecosystem of people and partners working to drive real and lasting change in our public services.
It doesn’t just tell our story. It brings together voices from across that system – those delivering the work, those supporting it, and those pushing for change every day.
None of this work happens in isolation. Thank you to everyone who has been part of it.
