We like to start with the basics. So, can you tell us about how you came to join the Capacity team?
I joined Capacity in January of this year, after they partnered with Local Trust to deliver 3ni: The national network for neighbourhood improvement. Prior to that, I’d been part of the Local Trust team since June 2020, running the All Party Parliamentary Group for ‘left behind’ neighbourhoods. I was involved in managing the policy and parliamentary team, and working on special projects, including setting up 3ni and some concept work for C4, the new Centre for Collaboration in Community Connectedness.
What are you most looking forward to in your role?
